Charles was in this class, but I'm not sure if he graduated. He did two tours w/Army in Nam. He died in August 2006 w/cancer. He was living in Tennessee. Divorced w/five daughters.

KINGSPORT, Tenn. - Funeral services for Charles Huddleston, 59, of Kingsport and formerly of Greenville, Miss., were at 3 p.m. today at East Lawn Funeral Home, Kingsport. He died July 28, 2006, at his home with his loving family at his side. Burial was in East Lawn Memorial Park.

Mr. Huddleston was born August 28, 1946, in Greenville where he spent most of his younger years before moving to Kingsport, Tenn., in 1995. He was a self-employed business owner and a U.S. Army veteran. He was the &#8220Peacemaker” of the family who never met a stranger. His love was for his family, especially his daughters whom he called his "Charlie's Angels.” Charles was a strong and wise man who was the backbone, hero and inspiration to his loving daughters and who loved nature, especially "the flow of a river.”

He is survived by his daughters, Stephanie Stover, Mindy Huddleston, Tonya Huddleston, Lee Huddleston, Charly Huddleston and Nikki Jackman; his mother, Frances Huddleston; grandchildren, Michelle, Brandon, Bradley, Meghan, Savana, Faith, Landon, Jayce, Lacie, Cameron; sisters, Betty Huddleston, Ruth Jones and Margaret Durham; several nieces and nephews; loving mother of his children and best friend, Debbie Huddleston; and best friend, Garrie Snavley.

Visitation was at East Lawn Funeral Home, Kingsport, Tenn., from 1 p.m. until the time of services.
